5 MICHELIN-STARRED CHEF SIMON ROGAN BRINGS WORLD RENOWNED L’ENCLUME TO BATHERS’ FOR 6 WEEKS ONLY

L’Enclume, situated in Cartmel in The Lake District (UK) is the reigning Restaurant of The Year in The Good Food Guide UK (2020). They have won this amazing honour  5 out of the last 7 years. Simon Rogan is bringing a taste of L’Enclume, and its farm-to-table philosophy, to Bathers’ Pavilion for a 6 week residency from 15 July to 30 August.

L’Enclume and Bathers’ Pavilion’s philosophy remain closely aligned. With plans to adapt a handful of dishes to incorporate native ingredients from farms and fisheries located close to Sydney, Rogan has already started to seek out Australian suppliers who meet his high standards.

Rogan, who will be personally present at all 75 planned services, will not only replicate the menu, but also the crockery (to be handmade in Australia), cutlery, glassware and service elements to delivery a truly unique dining experience. Wine pairings will be overseen by Rogan’s world-class sommelier team.

Running:

From 15 July to 30 August at Bathers’ Pavilion.

Cost:

$350 per person for the 11 course degustation (payable at time of reservation), with a range of wine pairings available on the day/night at $200, $350 and $1100 per person.

When:

Lunch Wednesday-Sunday from 12pm (sittings available 12pm, 12.30pm, 1pm)

Dinner Tuesday-Sunday from 6pm (sittings available 6pm, 6.30pm, 7.30pm, 8pm)
