Cameron returns to Bathers’ after four-years spent honing his craft in the fine dining kitchens of St Claude’s and Jonah’s Whale Beach.

He describes his cooking style as ‘clean and polished, responding to seasonal produce, seafood-focused with a balance of classic and modern flavours’.
