Kumiko Endo, Head Pastry Chef

Hailing from Japan, Kumiko's passion for pastry began while she was living in Europe. She creates desserts combining Japanese and European techniques, utilising local seasonal produce.

She perfected her pastry skills at several of Sydney’s five-star hotels before joining the illustrious Tetsuya’s as head pastry chef. Most recently, Kumiko was pastry chef at Melbourne’s Attica, #32 in the World’s 50 Best restaurants (2019).
