Kumiko Endo

Pastry Head Chef Kumiko perfected her pastry skills at several of Sydney’s five-star hotels before joining the illustrious Tetsuya’s as head pastry chef. Most recently, she worked at Melbourne’s Attica, #32 in the World’s 50 Best restaurants (2019).

Kumiko creates her desserts using seasonal local produce inspired by European and Japanese cooking techniques and style.
