Chef’s Table and Private Dining

The Chef’s Table is a unique, semi-private experience for up to 12 guests, hosted by award-winning chef Serge Dansereau.

Enjoy the decadence of a bespoke menu curated and explained by Serge on the day and tailored to your requirements (advance notice required). Our sommelier will enhance your meal with matched wines. Between courses, enjoy a personal tour of the kitchen and back of house.
