For the past 20 years, Bathers’ Pavilion has been under the leadership of co-owner and chef Serge Dansereau.

Serge has been a key figure in Australian hospitality and food since arriving from Quebec in 1983, celebrating and championing local produce. His influence on new and emerging varieties of fresh produce has become legendary within the food industry.
