Since arriving in Australia, Charles has worked at the Lakehouse Restaurant in Daylesford and most recently at Cottage Point Inn.
Peter Gong, Bathers’ Bistro Co-Head Chef/Chef de Cuisine
Peter has 30 years’ experience working in some of Sydney’s finest kitchens including Catalina Restaurant and Bel Mondo Restaurant.
